Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• 3+ years of Java and/or Kotlin experience building scalable backend applications.
• Frontend UI development using React with responsive design.
• Root cause analysis and production troubleshooting experience.
• Design system architecture, code reviews and quality assurance.
• Production support, incident resolution and performance optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Learning agility and adaptability to evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, incident resolution, and continuous performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
• Design and review system architecture and ensure coding standards.
