Job summary

Nextera Software Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Java developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services. The role involves Spring-based microservices, REST APIs, and a collaborating frontend layer using React.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Frontend experience with React.js and web technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication in English; Chinese ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Java 8/11/17+.
• Implement Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Build frontend components with React, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3.
• Use Git for version control and Maven/Gradle for builds.
• Follow Agile/Scrum practices in cross-functional teams.
