Job summary

ThoughtFull is hiring a full-time software engineer in Singapore to design, develop, and maintain scalable web services, APIs, and front-end applications. You will collaborate with Product, Business, and Clinical/Ops teams to shape features from concept to delivery, write clean, well-tested code, and participate in architecture discussions.

The role requires 4+ years in SaaS/health tech and experience with React Native and backend languages.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience building SaaS, mobile, or health tech products.
• Strong command of frontend frameworks like React Native, plus HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Solid experience with backend languages such as Elixir, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
• Comfortable working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other relational databases.
• Familiar with DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD pipelines) and cloud environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in mental health tech, health startups, or regulated environments.
• Note: Base salary range SGD 6,500 - SGD 9,500; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web services, APIs, and front-end applications.

• Optimize performance across the stack to ensure reliability and speed.
