Job summary

USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned software engineer to design, develop, deploy and maintain secure, scalable full stack applications and automation for compliance controls.

Qualifications

• Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software engineering, full stack or automation with multi-cycle life cycles.
• Strong frontend and backend development with modern JS frameworks and backend languages.
• Experience with databases, APIs, cloud deployments and security practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted capabilities and automated validation rules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain full stack apps and automation for risk controls.
• Translate security and governance requirements into configurable rules and checks.
• Own end-to-end development with responsive UI, backend services, databases and cloud.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing compliance status, gaps and remediation.
• Establish secure software engineering practices across systems and deployments.
• Explore AI-assisted capabilities to analyze documents and improve checks with oversight.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to gather requirements and improve solutions.
