Job summary

Vinova is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead integration efforts for complex data platforms and coordinate with system integrators and vendors. You will define interface specifications, ensure data quality, and manage readiness for multi-party program delivery.

The role emphasizes coordinating across vendors, developing test plans, and overseeing end-to-end integration across subsystems to minimize risks and delays. Experience with data platforms and cloud tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems integration or full stack engineering for large-scale data platforms.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration with multiple vendors and subsystems.
• Experience defining interface specifications, integration frameworks, and test plans for data platforms.
• Strong data quality focus: completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and schema conformance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain interface specifications and integration frameworks for inbound and outbound data sources in collaboration with architects.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison with System Integrators and vendors to resolve integration issues.
• Manage and oversee integration processes across subsystems within the data platform, BFG, and connected systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Track integration progress across all subsystems and vendors, escalating risks or delays to project management.
• Coordinate integration working groups with System Integrators to ensure technical readiness before each milestone.
• Develop and own comprehensive integration test plans, including test scope, acceptance criteria, and sign-off procedures across all data sources and subsystems.
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing with System Integrators and vendors to validate system functionality prior to milestone deployment.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and schema conformance across integrated data flows.
• Escalate and resolve integration and quality issues promptly across multiple vendors to maintain timelines.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field


• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems integration or full stack engineering for large-scale data or technology platforms


• Proven ability to manage end-to-end integration involving multiple vendors and subsystems in complex, multi-party program environments


• Experience defining interface specifications, integration frameworks, and test plans for data platforms


• Strong expertise in data quality dimensions including completeness, accuracy, format compliance, and schema conformance, with hands-on experience designing and executing integration test plans


• Skilled in coordinating cross-team integration testing involving multiple vendors and stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with data platform tooling such as Databricks or equivalent


• Experience delivering projects in government or highly regulated environments


• Experience managing comparable data platform projects internationally, at city-level or above, beyond the Singapore market


• Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS or comparable platforms
