Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking passionate Full Stack Engineers to design, develop and enhance enterprise AI applications. The role covers end-to-end development, API integration, cloud deployment and workflow automation, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver reliable solutions.

The position is contract-based, located at Punggol, with a salary package up to SGD 10,000 basic plus AWS credits. Candidates should have a CS/SE degree and hands-on full-stack experience.

Job description

We are looking for passionate and experienced Full Stack Engineers to design, develop and enhance enterprise AI applications. The role involves end-to-end software development, API integration, cloud deployment and workflow automation. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, take ownership of complex engineering tasks and contribute to technical design and code quality.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri. Working Location: Punggol. Salary Package: UP to $10,000 (basic) + AWS. Job Type: Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable web applications, backend services, APIs and databases.
• Build responsive frontend applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs and system integrations to connect enterprise AI platforms with existing government systems, identity services and document repositories.
• Implement workflow automation for user provisioning, licence management and other enterprise operational processes.
• Support the development of AI-powered applications, AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations and automated workflows.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application deployment and monitoring processes.
• Work with cloud platforms to deploy, manage and optimise application workloads and infrastructure.
• Apply secure coding practices, authentication, authorisation, access controls and data protection measures.
• Troubleshoot complex application and production issues, perform root cause analysis and improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, technical documentation and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, cybersecurity teams, engineers and government agencies to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Explore and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience in full-stack software development, including developing, deploying and maintaining production applications.
• Strong programming knowledge in at least one language such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java or C#.
• Hands‑on experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience, including REST API development and system integration.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, software testing, CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
• Good understanding of application security, authentication, authorisation and secure data handling.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and supporting software through deployment and production operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables and work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph APIs, Microsoft Entra ID or workflow automation tools.
• Knowledge or hands‑on experience with Generative AI, LLM APIs, AI agents, tool calling, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or Cursor.
• Experience with application monitoring, observability and performance optimisation.
• Previous experience developing enterprise‑grade applications in regulated or government environments.
