Job summary

Binance is seeking Full Stack Engineers to join as AI-enabled seeds across product teams. You will own end-to-end development for frontend and backend and embed AI coding tools to boost productivity.

Ideal candidates have a CS or AI-related degree, 1–5 years of experience, proficiency in Java or Golang, Node.js, and React, and a track record of shipping production-grade features. You will mentor peers and drive cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or AI-related field is preferred.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Solid foundation in at least one backend language (Java or Golang).
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience owning end-to-end projects in production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflow.
• Translate requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff between frontend and backend.
• Mentor peers, champion full stack practices, and scale AI-augmented development across the org.
