Job summary

Binance is seeking a highly motivated student to join as a full stack engineer-in-training. You will work across frontend and backend under senior guidance, translating requirements into practical implementations and interfacing with AI tools to accelerate development.

You will grow into an autonomous full stack engineer, contribute ideas, and help improve product and engineering workflows in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, CS or AI-related major a plus.
• Hands-on project experience (coursework, internships, or open-source counts).
• Foundational knowledge of backend concepts and at least one backend language.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end product development across frontend and backend under senior engineer guidance.
• Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily development workflow.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack seed learner — absorb practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomous full stack engineer.
• Proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.
• Hands-on project experience (personal, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions all count).
• Foundation in at least one backend language (Java, Go, Rust, C++).
• Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
• Ability to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools clearly.
• Self-driven, product-minded, and passionate about learning new technologies.
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills.

• Cross-platform development experience (iOS/Android/Web)
