Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced software engineer to own end-to-end web product development across frontend, backend, and cloud deployment. You will translate ideas into rapid software, shape architecture, and drive scalable, secure delivery.

You will lead with CI/CD, observability and strong engineering practices while collaborating with product managers and designers. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, a solid Node.js background, and a track record

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with recent production code.
• Strong, recent Node.js experience and familiarity with the modern Node.js ecosystem.
• Proven experience building a web system end-to-end - frontend, backend, databases, APIs, infrastructure and deployment.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and software engineering practices.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous problem spaces and making sound technical decisions.

What We Are Looking For

Preferred

• Startup, innovation-team or fast-moving product experience, with a strong bias for action and delivery.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows, including AI coding agents, code generation or automated code review.
• Track record of taking a product from idea or prototype through to production.
• Experience working in cross-functional agile product teams with product managers and designers.
