Job summary

Talent-Merge is hiring a skilled full-stack developer to design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. You will work across frontend and backend technologies, building scalable services and RESTful APIs while collaborating with UI/UX designers and business users.

The role emphasizes cloud-native deployment on AWS, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and adherence to secure coding practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack development for enterprise-grade web apps.
• Strong proficiency in frontend tech: ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JS, TS.
• Strong backend: Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience deploying cloud-native apps on AWS; familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, DBs and DevOps.
• Good understanding of secure coding and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain responsive web applications and user interfaces.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices to support business functions and data processing requirements.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and system features.
• Design and implement reusable, maintainable, scalable, and high-quality software components.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
• Apply frontend engineering best practices, including responsive design, accessibility,performance optimisation, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement secure coding practices and comply with applicable application security requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality,reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, business users, and project stakeholders to improve application usability and user experience.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing,deployment, troubleshooting, defect resolution, production support and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack application development and building enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js, HTML5,CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java Spring Boot, with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS, with familiarity in Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server),GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Good understanding of secure coding and application security principles, with strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
