Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a Mid to Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications supporting business operations. The role covers frontend and backend work, API integrations, data migration, and modernization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years (mid) or 7+ years (senior) of experience, with a strong emphasis on Java-based ecosystems, API development, SQL/Sybase, and cloud

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Java-based stacks and related frameworks is required.
• Strong SQL and Sybase database skills with data query and maintenance experience.
• Experience designing and consuming APIs, plus system integrations across services.
• Hands-on data migration activities, tooling, and validation processes.
• Basic to solid understanding of cloud platforms; Azure is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with system migration or modernization initiatives is a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale applications or public sector projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and collaborative work styles.
