About the Company:

We are representing a leading international private banking and financial services group with a strong focus on digital transformation and technology innovation.

The team is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital banking solutions.

This is a front-end-focused full-stack position, with approximately 80% front-end and 20% back-end development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable front-end components.
• Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of technical solutions across the full development lifecycle.
• Participate in system design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Apply sound software engineering principles to ensure application security, performance and scalability.
• Investigate and resolve technical, application and deployment-related issues.
• Work closely with developers, product managers and business stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.
• Contribute to an Agile development environment and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Good hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with Oracle, MySQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with Git/GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns and scalable application development.
• Experience with automated testing, ideally using Jest, JUnit, Mockito or WireMock.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Previous experience within banking, fintech, wealth management or financial services.
• Experience developing customer-facing digital platforms.
