Job summary

ELEC-PRO TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer in Singapore to join our software development team. You will work across the stack, using Java for backend and Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS for frontend, building RESTful APIs.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Java development, strong SQL skills and the ability to collaborate with senior developers and project managers. You will deliver reliable, maintainable software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on Java-based application development.
• Experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Strong SQL knowledge and relational databases.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain web applications.
• Develop backend functions and services using Java and related frameworks.
• Develop frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend systems.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for application development and reporting requirements.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server.
• Participate in requirement analysis and application development discussions.
• Implement new features based on functional and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and fix application defects and technical issues.
• Perform unit testing and assist with integration and system testing.
• Maintain and improve existing application code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
• Support application deployment and production issue investigation where required.
• Prepare and update relevant technical documentation.
• Work closely with senior developers, project managers and other team members to complete development tasks.
