Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to develop, enhance, and maintain software applications. You’ll collaborate with the development team to design, implement, test, and troubleshoot across the stack in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of software development experience and a degree in CS/CE/IT. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++, with exposure to ReactJS, Node.js, and Spring Boot, plus RESTful APIs and Git.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of software development experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on project requirements.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following development best practices.
• Participate in software design, code reviews, testing, and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on project requirements.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following development best practices.
• Participate in software design, code reviews, testing, and integration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Support application deployment, UAT, and production issue resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum activities.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of software development experience; fresh graduates are not eligible for this role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++.
• Experience with one or more of the following: ReactJS, Node.js, Spring Boot.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or DevOps tools is an advantage.
