Job summary

IBM Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking interns to join client-facing teams as consultants, developers, designers, data scientists, or technical specialists.

You will help teams design, develop, and integrate solutions using modern technologies in an agile setting. Applicants should be pursuing Computing Science or related studies and show programming proficiency in one or more languages (Java, C++, Python, SQL) with exposure to web services and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Undergoing studies in Computing Science or related course of studies.
• Demonstrated programming proficiency in Java, C++, Python or SQL.
• Exposure to web services, microservices, API, DevSecOps and Java frameworks is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Define, detail and scope technical requirements into solution architecture for independent projects.
• Design, develop and/or re-engineer application components across platforms.
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to others within client-facing teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in an agile environment.
