Job summary

IBM Consulting in Singapore seeks an Associate Application Developer - AWS Cloud FullStack to build cloud-native solutions with microservices, API-driven architectures, and continuous delivery. You'll collaborate across teams in an Agile environment to deliver scalable applications on AWS, using modern UI and backend practices.

You'll work with Java, NodeJS, Python, or .NET, design data models with SQL and NoSQL, and implement event-driven systems with Kafka and related services, while

Qualifications

Cloud-native development experience in a modern cloud environment with microservices.
Proficiency with Java, NodeJS, Python or .NET and related frameworks.
Experience with SQL and No-SQL data modeling techniques.
Exposure to hyperscaler cloud services such as Kafka, Zookeeper and AWS.
Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and secure deployment practices.

Responsibilities

Develop rich UI applications using SPA or microfrontends with ReactJS or Angular.
Build scalable backend microservices using Java/NodeJS/Python in a 12-factor style.
Design and implement data models with modern SQL and No-SQL approaches.
Develop event-driven apps using Kafka, Zookeeper and cloud services.
Manage AWS services including PaaS, routing, databases, observability and DevSecOps tooling.
