Job summary

KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an internal recruitment consultant to own client accounts and drive the full end-to-end recruitment cycle. Remuneration will be a basic salary plus an incentive scheme tied to KPI achievement.

The role is based at Commonwealth, with Mon–Thu 8:30am–6pm and Fri 8:30am–5pm. Primary duties include building client relationships, BD, screening candidates, drafting postings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding, all while keeping systems up

Qualifications

• Tertiary level qualifications in any field.
• 2–4 years recruitment experience with business development.
• CEI certificate from MOM (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with phone-based business development work.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage own client accounts and the full recruitment process from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities (BD).
• Draft and advertise job postings across multiple platforms.
• Source, screen and interview candidates; prepare profiles and recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks and salary negotiations.
• Oversee onboarding arrangements for smooth placements.
• Update in-house systems to keep departments informed.
• Stay current with market trends and meet KPIs.
