Job summary

Barn & Potter Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Order Fulfilment & Packing associate to accurately process online and corporate orders across multiple eCommerce platforms.

You will verify SKUs and quantities, pack according to SOPs, and prepare orders for dispatch while maintaining quality control records. The role also includes ERP system usage and daily eCommerce operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in eCommerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, logistics, or order processing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling packing and fulfilment activities.

Responsibilities

• Process, pick, pack, and fulfil online and corporate orders accurately across multiple eCommerce platforms.
• Verify product SKUs, quantities, and order details before fulfilment.
• Ensure all orders are packed according to SOPs and packaging guidelines.
• Prepare orders for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Conduct quality checks on products before shipment.
• Record quality control videos and photos for documentation when required.
• Process transfer and sales orders using Oracle NetSuite (training provided).
• Update fulfilment trackers and inventory records accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of fulfilment activities.
• Liaise with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements and resolve queries.
• Ensure fulfilment processes comply with SOPs, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support day-to-day eCommerce operations and perform other ad hoc duties.
