Job summary

Adecco Portugal is partnering with a US multinational to hire an experienced Supply & Marine Logistics Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Singapore. You will coordinate with Refineries, Retail, Commercial, Aviation, and Marine Fuels stakeholders to balance supply-demand and optimize shipments.

You will lead end-to-end fuel supply planning across regional networks, ensuring timely, cost-efficient deliveries and seamless cargo movements with shipping partners and vessel operators.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics coordination, or trading operations in energy/oil & gas industries.
• Ability to balance supply-demand, inventory, and delivery commitments.
• Experience coordinating cargo movements with shipping partners and vessel operators.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication with government officers and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in logistics systems and applications.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and shipping documentation.
• Prior experience in oil & gas, marine fuels, or trading will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Refineries, Retail, Commercial, Aviation, and Marine Fuels stakeholders to forecast supply-demand balances.
• Lead end-to-end fuel supply planning across regional networks for timely deliveries.
• Manage cargo scheduling and logistics activities with shipping partners and vessel operators.
