Job description

Development and delivery of frontend applications using React (Type, Redux, Routing, Hooks, Context, Suspense).

Understand business / system requirements and translate them into technical solutions that are scalable, stable and fit for purpose.

Tackle very complex legacy defects that mediocre developers cannot analyse/solve.

Ensure adherence to the bank standards (including code, security and performance).

Must Have

Frontend development with React 18 or newer

1. Type
2. Routing, Hooks, Context, Suspense
3. State management solutions, e.g. Redux
4. Experience in working with MFE, building UI components, formik libraries, module federation, vite
5. CSS
6. Affinity to user experience / keen eye for high quality UI and UX
7. Ability to proactively work with stakeholders across the organization
8. Strong computer science knowledge (algorithms, data structures, system design)
9. Unit and integration testing
10. Familiar with standard frontend code editors and tools, e.g. Visual Studio Code, Chrome DevTools
11. Basic Linux shell commands
12. Familiarity with Git, DevOps systems
