Job summary

ESPIRE INFOLABS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to design and implement responsive web applications using React.js and NodeJS.

You will build reusable components, collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers, and ensure performance and accessibility across platforms. Ideal candidates will translate pricing logic from Excel into clean JavaScript, work with SQL databases, and participate in DevOps practices with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, Node.js.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
• Ability to read and translate MS Excel pricing formulas into JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and NodeJS.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, backend developers, and DevOps teams.
• Apply security, coding, and performance best practices across front-end and back-end development activities.
• Use version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient release and deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance, investigate issues, resolve defects, and provide technical support when required.
• Understand and interpret pricing Excel formulas, business rules, and calculation logic, and translate them accurately into maintainable JavaScript code.

Requirements

Front-End Development:

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, Node.js.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
• Ability to read and interpret MS Excel pricing formulas and convert the calculation logic into accurate, maintainable JavaScript implementation.

DevOps & Cloud (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Hands‑on experience with Docker, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus.

Other Skills:

• Experience with Java and Spring will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Git, JIRA, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
