Job summary

UNIZEN Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a frontend engineer to develop reusable React components and translate design and business requirements into robust features across platforms.

You will collaborate with business, product, design, and development teams to set standards, share best practices, and shape architecture. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UI testing is expected; familiarity with modern build tools and frontend libraries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels (business, product, design, development)
• Strong understanding of web fundamentals, HTML, and CSS
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proficient in UI testing
• Proficient in one or more frontend view libraries (ReactJS, VueJS, Angular 4+)
• Experience in npm package publishing
• Experience in native app development (PWA or hybrid)
• Experience creating accessible UI for screen readers/assistive tech
• A knack for visual design

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop reusable and composable React components to be used across platforms


• Analyze and interpret business and design requirements into functional and development specifications


• Provide standards, best practices and architecture recommendations

Required skills:

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels – business, product, design, and development


• Strong understanding of web fundamentals, HTML, and CSS


• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript


• Proficient in UI testing


• Proficient in one or more frontend view libraries such as ReactJS, VueJS, Angular (4 and above)
