Job summary

IO TALENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong React expertise to join our team for our AWS Platform improvement program.

You will design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications that enhance cloud capabilities. Work closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions. Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional frontend development experience, with at least 9 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem, including React Hooks and Context API.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or ESBuild.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version-control practices.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain frontend components and modules for our AWS Platform using React and modern JavaScript technologies.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and frontend development best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Support the integration and delivery of applications through CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues to ensure reliable application performance in production.
• Contribute to technical discussions and provide input on frontend architecture and development approaches.
• Keep up to date with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Experience working inAgile development environmentsand with tools such as Jira.




• Understanding of frontend security best practices, includingXSS and CSRF prevention.




• Experience usingAI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
