ING Bank’s Asia Internship Programme invites curious students to join the Front Office Support team within Financial Markets in Singapore for six months, January to June 2027. Qualifications

• Undergraduate in an economic, finance or science/mathematical discipline.
• Previous banking internships would be an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Detail oriented, systematic and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Markets Sales and Trading desks in day‑to‑day front office support and control activities.
• Assist in trade validation and trade lifecycle management processes across Financial Markets systems and products.
• Work closely with FX, Rates, Structured Products, Fixed Income, and Global Securities Finance desks to support business activities and workflows.
• Monitor and support lifecycle events including rate fixings, option exercises, corporate actions and settlements.
• Assist in validating trade economics, settlement calculations, and reconciliation of structured product cash flows with Operations teams.
