Job summary

Ola Party Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a linguistics/educational-technology specialist to design the French curriculum, structures, and instructional content. You will craft exercises across vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening, reading, speaking, and dialogues.

You will draft sentences, explanations, practice items, and feedback, collaborating with product teams to deliver bite-sized, mobile-ready lessons. A strong design sensibility and CEFR C2 French are essential.

• Collaborate with the product team to transform French language concepts into bite-sized lessons suited for mobile learning.
• Design course units, exercise sequences, and review materials.
• Assist in building, maintaining, and refining the French language concept database and question bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education/Languages, Business, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• CEFR C2 level proficiency or equivalent mastery in contemporary standard French (Due to required to write, design, and validate accurate instructional materials and curriculum for French language learners).
• No minimum full-time work experience required. Relevant skills may be demonstrated through university coursework, capstone projects, teaching, tutoring, freelancing, or paid work experience.
• Ability to accurately judge the correctness, naturalness, and appropriateness of French expressions in specific contexts.
• Strong interest in curriculum design, second language acquisition (SLA), and educational technology (EdTech).
• High attention to detail, with strong abilities in information organization, content management, and execution.
• Professional English communication skills to collaborate daily with the Singapore product team and draft internal documentation in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in textbook editing, curriculum development, lesson planning, or assessment item writing.
• Familiarity with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or foundational SLA theories.
• Holds a DALF C2 diploma or valid TCF/TEF scores at CEFR C2 level across all four skills.
• Familiarity with mobile learning products or AI-assisted content development workflows.
