Job Overview
  • Industry/Organization Type: Freight Forwarding
  • Position Title: Freight Sales Executive
  • Working Location: Tampines
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales revenue and profit goals.
  • Manage client accounts and learn about the market to find new sales leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, providing after-sales support.
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, working closely with departments to address their needs.
  • Follow up with existing and in-house clients to ensure quality service.
  • Respond to in-house customer inquiries and requirements as needed.
  • Submit daily reports, sales reports, and sales plans.
  • Prepare quotations and administrative reports.
  • Participate in all company activities and initiatives.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
  • Complete additional administrative duties as required by the Manager.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the shipping or freight forwarding industry.
  • Ability to identify and secure new accounts.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
