Job summary

Harold Consultancy in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage full-spectrum accounting: AR, AP, GL, monthly closings, GST, and year-end audits. You will liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents, bridging finance with operations.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Excel and accounting software skills, and the ability to work independently with high attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-spectrum accounting functions (AR/AP/GL).
• GST submissions and year-end audit support.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain all accounting transactions accurately.
• Oversee AR, AP, and GL functions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders on import matters.
• Support monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Assist with year-end audits, tax filings, and company secretarial tasks.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, auditors, and tax agents.
• Handle administrative duties and employee claims.
