Freelance Recruitment Consultant (High Commission-Based)
Singapore | Remote/ Flexible

STMC Work Pass and Employment Services Pte Ltd (EA Licence No:25C2977) is looking for experienced freelance recruitment consultants topartner with us on a commission basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their company culture and specific hiring needs, and proactively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Source, screen, and recommend suitable candidates to clients
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they align with job requirements and company values
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Liaise with clients on hiring requirements
  • Work with STMC on work pass applications and placement processes
Requirements:
  • CEI basic certification is required
  • Prior recruitment or HR experience preferred
  • Existing candidate pool or client network is an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiar with Singapore employment practices (advantage)
