Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, payments, or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to lead analysts and set clear priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data management, modeling, and stats.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of business risk and anti-fraud policies to safeguard ShopeePay’s growth and operational integrity.
• Own the risk policy lifecycle by identifying and neutralizing threats including account takeover, scam, and stolen card.
• Oversee development of indicators and fraud detection metrics with ongoing monitoring and mitigation enhancements.
• Guide cross-functional alignment with Local Operations, Product, and Engineering to refine requirements and deliver controls.
• Review daily risk signals and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Assess processes and market dynamics to identify emerging risks and inform policy decisions.
• Provide direction on dashboards, monitoring frameworks, and analytical tools for reporting and early anomaly detection.
• Drive continuous policy and workflow improvements through data-backed evaluations.
