Job summary

COSMO INTERNATIONAL FRAGRANCES (ASIA) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily fragrance compounding activities, manage production personnel, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery of batches.

You will coordinate with Planning, Warehouse and Quality Control to maintain smooth production flow, monitor productivity and enforce GMP practices. This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach to drive continuous improvement in a regulated

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to plan and coordinate production schedules.
• Attention to quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Safety-aware and able to enforce PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fragrance compounding activities according to the schedule.
• Coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Quality Control and other departments.
• Monitor output, productivity and batch completion; identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure materials are correctly weighed, identified and handled.
• Verify batch documentation and adherence to formulas.
• Train operators on procedures, safety and GMP practices.
• Maintain production records and generate routine reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and 5S.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
