Job summary

Luxasia is seeking a Fragrance Associate to assist customers in selecting ideal fragrances based on preferences and to foster lasting relationships that drive loyalty. You will support daily counter operations and participate in fragrance launches and events.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to engage Mandarin-speaking customers. Retail hours apply, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary educational level.
• Experience in beauty products/fragrance sales is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and sales orientation.
• Willing to commit to retail operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests and enquiries on fragrances.
• Recommend the ideal fragrance to customer according to their preferences through knowledge sharing.
• Maintain good relationship with customers to build loyalty.
• Assist in stock take and retail operations.
• May be involved in new fragrance launches and related events.
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and be a team player.
• Effective communication in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Retail sales target achievement.
• Customer relationship management – maintain and create new customer profile.
• Ensure inventory management for the counter.
• Provide excellent customer service with product knowledge.
