Job summary

Singtel Singapore Enterprise is seeking an FP&A Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear financial narratives and Group-level reporting, driving business planning and technology-enabled transformation.

The role combines financial planning with business partnering, reporting and transformation to turn data into forward-looking insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong financial planning, analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into concise executive-level insights.
• Strong business partnering capabilities with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, BW or similar financial systems is advantageous.
• Professional IT qualifications would be advantageous.
• Sound judgement with strong commercial curiosity.
• Analytical, organised and comfortable working across multiple planning and reporting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance, variances, risks and opportunities; recommend actions.
• Prepare management reporting, KPI reviews and executive presentations.

• Support capex planning and manpower cost analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial submissions to Group.
• Drive FP&A process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
