Job summary

Singtel Singapore Enterprise seeks an FP&A Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear financial narratives, drive actionable insights and timely reporting across the group.

The role blends financial planning with business partnering, reporting and tech-enabled transformation to empower senior management with forward-looking insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business or related discipline.
• Strong FP&A, modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into executive insights.
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders. SAP/BPC/BW experience advantageous.

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning.
• Analyze performance, variances, risks and opportunities; recommend actions.
• Prepare management reporting, KPI reviews and exec presentations.
• Translate data into concise financial narratives for leadership.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support planning and decision-making.
• Support capex planning and manpower cost analysis.
• Ensure timely financial submissions to Group and drive FP&A process improvements.
• Support technology-enabled transformations in planning and reporting.

As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for Singtel Singapore Enterprise.

You will partner senior stakeholders to deliver clear financial narratives, actionable insights and timely Group-level reporting. The role combines financial planning with business partnering, reporting and technology-enabled transformation to turn financial data into forward-looking insights for senior management.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and outer years financial planning.
• Analyse financial performance, key variances, risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Prepare management reporting, KPI reviews and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Translate complex financial data into clear and concise financial narratives and actionable insights.
• Partner senior stakeholders to support business planning and management decision-making.
• Support capex planning and manpower cost analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial submissions to Group.
• Drive process improvements across FP&A to strengthen efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness.
• Support technology-enabled transformation to improve financial planning, reporting and analysis.

Skills For Success

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong financial planning, analysis and modelling capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into concise executive-level insights.
• Strong business partnering capabilities with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, BW or similar financial systems is advantageous.
• Professional IT qualifications would be advantageous.
• Sound judgement with strong commercial curiosity.
• Analytical, organised and comfortable working across multiple planning and reporting priorities.
