Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Singapore seeks a Finance Analyst to support FP&A and P&L management, partnering with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to drive accurate forecasts and cost controls.

You will analyse monthly performance, prepare weekly sales estimates, and assist with the annual budget, while liaising with regional stakeholders in the LVMH luxury retail ecosystem. This role provides exposure to a global brand and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including financial modelling and working with large data sets; familiarity with Power BI and/or Business Objects is a plus.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to the market on day-to-day FP&A matters and P&L management.
• Prepare monthly performance analyses, track actuals vs budget, and identify variances and risks.
• Prepare weekly Sales estimates for submission to Zone Finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
• Support the annual budget process with input from functions in the market.
• Be the main Finance contact for Blue Box Café, liaising with client relations, store teams, and operator finance.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports on Blue Box Café performance for internal reviews.
• Assist Finance Manager on ad-hoc FP&A projects, including cost and profitability analysis.
