Job summary

Lagardere Travel Retail Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance professional to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across the business lines.

You will prepare monthly Anaplan cash flow forecasts, monitor variances, and support business development with ad hoc analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budget utilisation.

Regular BRM decks with insights, and maintaining traffic and spend databases, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and twice-yearly forecasting processes, including updates to group templates.
• Prepare monthly operating cash flow forecast files in Anaplan, highlighting potential shortfalls.
• Track and analyse CAPEX, IT OPEX, marketing spend and other key expenditures against budget/forecast.
• Perform monthly variance analysis with commentaries for P&L and key balance sheet items.
• Conduct daily sales reporting for all business lines.
• Produce weekly airport traffic reports and SPP analysis by terminal and nationality.
• Calculate monthly variable rent accruals for month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly BRM decks with insights and trends.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on forecasts, promotions and ad hoc requests.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure accuracy of budget utilisation and stock performance.
