Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Finance Analyst to support FP&A matters and P&L management, partnering with markets on revenue projections and SG&A spend. You will work with cross-functional teams and SSC to deliver timely, data-driven insights and ad-hoc FP&A projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modelling and large data sets.
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Business Objects is a plus.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with data-to-insight capability.

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance business partner to the market on day-to-day FP&A matters, supporting the Finance Manager on P&L management.
• Prepare monthly performance analyses for the market, tracking actuals vs budget and forecast.
• Prepare weekly Sales estimates for submission to Zone Finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to provide data-driven insights.
• Support budgeting processes and gather business input from functions in the market.
• Serve as Finance point of contact for ad-hoc FP&A projects and cost/profitability analyses.
