Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the monthly close, statutory reporting, and IFRS compliance across the cluster and hospital. The role leads grant management, budgeting, and rolling forecasts, ensuring accurate grant accounts and strong governance with auditors. It also supports system improvements and new processes.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business with 5+ years of relevant experience; healthcare sector experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate and smooth monthly closing process in line with requirements
• Address statutory reporting and audit requirements; ensuring financials meet latest IFRS requirements
• Lead, monitor and review the grant management process, ensuring accuracy of grant accounts and compliance with policies and accounting standards
• Participate in the cluster and hospital's budgeting and rolling forecast processes
• Manage respective operational finance processes such as: operational expenditure including accruals, purchase requisition and orders
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Ensure a strong culture of corporate governance by working closely with internal and external auditors and partnering stakeholders to close audit issues promptly

Job Requirements
