Oliver James Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Singapore for a 12-month contract, with potential for permanent conversion. The role blends financial analysis with commercial decision support, collaborating with business and finance stakeholders to drive performance and cost efficiency.

You will develop dashboards and perform forecasting, supporting strategic investments and monitoring distribution costs. Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and a proactive process-improvement

Formación

• Degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in finance, business strategy or commercial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to explain financial results implications.
• Confident communication and presentation skills across functions and seniority.
• Strong organisational skills; able to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, planning and forecasting.
• Analyse drivers, performance and competitor information against targets and forecasts.
• Support financial evaluation of strategic distribution initiatives and track benefits.
• Monitor distribution costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations turning large datasets into business insights.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver timely analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Support finance transformation, reporting simplification and digital improvement projects.
• Handle ad hoc analysis and business requests.
