About Us
ELGO AI is an enterprise Agentic AI platform that enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage production‑grade AI solutions across business functions and systems.
Our platform combines AI agents, workflows, enterprise integrations, governance, evaluation, and observability to help organizations move from experimentation to reliable AI deployment at scale. Our mission is to be a transforming force for responsible, safe, and scalable AI adoption in enterprises.
We work closely with large enterprises and public‑sector organizations across Singapore and the broader Asia‑Pacific region to identify high‑impact use cases and deploy AI systems directly into real business environments.
The Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Strategist (FDS) to work directly with enterprise and public‑sector leaders to help them identify, prioritize, and operationalize high‑impact AI opportunities.
The role sits at the intersection of strategy, business transformation, technology, and execution.
You will work closely with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to understand organizational priorities, assess AI readiness, identify suitable use cases, define measurable outcomes, and develop practical adoption roadmaps.
Where implementation is required, you will work closely with ELGO AI's Forward Deployed Engineers and customer teams to translate strategic priorities into deployable solutions.
This is not a traditional consulting role where the output ends with a presentation. You will remain involved through execution to ensure that identified opportunities translate into real adoption and business outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage directly with executives, business leaders, and functional teams to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation objectives.
- Assess organizational AI readiness, capabilities, processes, data, technology, governance, and adoption barriers.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness.
- Develop practical AI adoption strategies, implementation roadmaps, and sequencing plans.
- Define clear business outcomes, success metrics, and value hypotheses for identified initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate complex business problems into structured problem statements and solution opportunities.
- Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to shape solution concepts, scope implementations, and ensure alignment between business outcomes and technical design.
- Support customers in establishing operating models, governance structures, and internal capabilities required for sustained AI adoption.
- Advise leaders on trade‑offs across build, buy, platform, process redesign, and organizational change.
- Track initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption, identifying blockers and driving stakeholders toward resolution.
- Capture recurring patterns and insights to continuously improve ELGO AI's enterprise adoption frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies.

- Entrepreneurial & Adaptable: You thrive in ambiguous environments, learn quickly across industries, and are comfortable building new frameworks and approaches where none exist.
