Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on AI/GenAI project experience or coursework.
• Proficient in Python and rapid prototyping.
• Ability to document findings clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to learn under supervision and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support market sensing and research on AI trends to identify opportunities for experimentation.
• Assist in building PoC AI/GenAI solutions under guidance from engineers.
• Improve prototypes through testing, debugging, and lightweight enhancements.
• Experiment with AI models, tools, prompts, and workflow patterns.
• Help design AI-native workflows for internal demos and pilot use cases.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI engineers, architects, and platform teams.
• Apply basic software practices, including modular code and version control, with coaching.
• Prepare demos and share learnings to help teams understand AI benefits.
• Document outcomes and decisions to support reuse, refinement and scaling.
