Job summary

Mont Fort Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled site carpenter to construct, install, and dismantle formwork for concrete structures on our projects in Singapore.

You will read drawings, measure, cut, shape, and assemble timber and other materials while following safety regulations and project specs. The role requires at least 1 year of carpentry experience, the ability to read construction drawings, physical fitness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction carpentry experience.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit and able to work on a construction site.
• Familiar with carpentry tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and dismantle formwork, timber structures, and temporary works for concrete construction.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to drawings and specifications.
• Interpret construction drawings and follow site instructions.
• Repair and maintain formwork and carpentry-related structures.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with workplace safety regulations and project requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Supervisor.
