Job summary

NRS RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction site carpenter with experience in formwork and rebar to support residential, industrial, commercial, or institutional projects in Singapore. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work on site with teams.

The candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, be able to stand for long periods, and demonstrate reliability and hard work to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and Experience in Construction work site Carpenter Formwork, Rebar.
• With at least one year experience in Residential/ Industrial/ Commercial and/or Institutional projects.
• Able to stand and handle packing tasks for several hours.
• Physically fit and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Assess safety and finance goals.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Need to work and support if necessary
