Spring College International Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible Home Room Teacher to oversee an assigned form class, communicate with students and parents, and provide relief teaching support when needed.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field and have prior experience as a Form Teacher or English teacher for secondary students. Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Experience as a Form Teacher or Home Room Teacher is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead an assigned form class and provide day-to-day guidance to students.
• Monitor academic progress, attendance, behaviour, and well-being.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student performance and conduct.
• Coordinate with teachers to address student-related concerns and follow up.
• Teach English to Secondary-level and higher-level students per curriculum.
• Prepare lessons and teaching materials for English classes.
• Provide relief teaching across other classes when needed.
• Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school activities.
