Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations in Singapore. The role involves operating forklifts and related equipment, loading/unloading goods, and ensuring safe storage and transport of materials within the warehouse.

The candidate should hold a valid heavy forklift license for 5-ton and 16-ton machines, be available for overtime, and have prior forklift/warehouse experience. Knowledge of loading from trucks/containers is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Valid Heavy Forklift Operator License with certification to operate 5-ton and 16-ton forklifts.
• Able to work overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in forklift operation and warehouse environments is preferred.
• Experience in loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Load and unload containers, trucks, and incoming shipments.
• Transport and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct routine pre-use and post-use inspections of forklifts and equipment.
• Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
