Job summary

ACTIVE HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations at our Singapore facility near Pioneer MRT.

You will handle receiving, checking, storing goods, and perform picking, packing, and preparation for delivery. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, maintaining accurate inventory records, keeping the warehouse clean and safe, and assisting with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant warehouse experience required.
• Valid forklift operator licence required.
• Practical forklift operation experience essential.
• Able to handle goods receiving, stock arrangement and warehouse operations.
• Responsible, physically fit and able to work independently.
• Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking and storing goods.
• Perform picking, packing and preparation of goods for delivery.
• Operate forklifts for loading, unloading and movement of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper warehouse organisation.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy and safe.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
