Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our Singapore facility. You will handle inbound receiving, inspection, inventory movements, and ensure accurate picking and packing for local and overseas deliveries.

This role requires a valid forklift license, 2 rotating shifts (7:15am–4:00pm and 2:15pm–11:00pm), a 5-day work week, and 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience. Familiarity with WMS and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCE O'Level / ITE is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift license is required.
• Willingness to work 2 rotating shifts: 7:15am–4:00pm and 2:15pm–11:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Inbound receiving and inspection against Delivery Orders.
• Storage after inspection and movement of inventory IN/OUT.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing for local and overseas deliveries.
• Maintain FIFO and 100% traceability of inventory movements.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock-takes as scheduled.
• Ensure inventory control of shelf-life and flammable goods.
• Issue goods for production use and move finished goods to warehouse.
• Ensure on-time delivery and order integrity.
