Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate for an MNC in the Medical Device sector in Singapore.

The role requires a valid forklift license and the ability to work 2 rotating shifts: 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM and 2:15 PM - 11:00 PM, with a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri). You will handle inbound receiving, inspection, storage, and movement of inventory, ensure FIFO, accurate picking/packing, and timely deliveries to local and overseas customers.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift license is required.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP (ERP) system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound receiving and visual inspection against delivery orders.
• Storage after inspection and movement of inventory in/out of warehouse.
• Accurate picking and packing for local and overseas deliveries.
• Ensure FIFO and 100% accuracy with traceability.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock-takes as scheduled.
• Control inventory of shelf-life and flammable goods.
• Issue goods for production use and move finished goods to warehouse for delivery.
• Ensure on-time delivery and order integrity.
