Job summary

BD is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Technician in Singapore to support inbound receiving, inventory movement, and shipment preparation within a GMP environment. The role requires attention to detail, safety, and accurate, timely processing of materials.

You will operate forklifts, coordinate with production and external warehouses, and maintain FIFO through regular cycle counts. Minimum O-Level, 3 years of related experience, and a valid Singapore forklift license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Valid Singapore Forklift License is required.
• Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Experience in receiving, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling activities.
• Team player with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, unloading, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods.
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, shipping documents, expiry dates, and inventory transactions against system records.
• Conduct picking, packing, loading, and shipment preparation for local and export deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle movement and replenishment of resin materials, chemicals, and warehouse inventory.
• Maintain FIFO practices and ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate material movement between production areas, warehouse locations, and external warehouses.
• Conduct container inspections and ensure proper loading practices for outbound shipments.
• Perform routine warehouse housekeeping, racking inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Adhere to GMP, safety, quality, environmental, and company compliance requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
