Qualifications

• Around 7 years of relevant experience in AML compliance, financial crime analytics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT concepts, typologies and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools including SQL, Python and Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML transaction monitoring and name screening analytics across financial services.
• Design and develop analytical models using statistical, ML, and rules-based approaches.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
