Job summary

You will maintain QC records, support internal and external audits with organized documents, ensure SOP compliance, and work with the team to improve safety, hygiene and operational efficiency while keeping meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control.
• 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine line inspections, in-process quality checks and product sampling.
• Maintain accurate QC records, reports and documentation.
• Support audits by preparing required documents and records.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and contribute to safety and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks to company standards.
